Morgan Stanley to Acquire Real Estate Co (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

Morgan Stanley agreed Thursday to buy Investa Property Group, an Australian real estate investment trust, for $3.9 billion. The move follows Morgan’s bid for another REIT earlier this month.
