Mohammed establishes real estate regulatory authority (Khaleej Times)

DUBAI — His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, has issued a decree establishing a Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Dubai.
